What is the business consulting that BEC does?

One of the partners, Holly Bailey, who has been the Chief Operations Officer of BEC for most of it's life, and served as President of the Corporation for some years and Vice President for most of it's life, loves to help and encourage other professional service business owners and has recently developed specific courses, seminars, workshops, and other materials to assist engineering and other technical service type business owners. She works with a small number of business owners each year, to coach them as they move their businesses from one level to the next. Sometimes this means expanding their service offerings, or their level of expertise. Sometimes the focus is on strengthening their impact in the industry. Sometimes the focus is on expanding their project load and breaking through barriers of a profit level. Other times, it is doing all the infrastructure development and restructuring needed to be able to grow dramatically in the next couple of years. It is whatever the business owner wants it to be. No limits.
